Try the Nclaves application with your family completely free, and discover the new ways to connect with family members and share online activities. During the 30-day trial, you can use all the tools safely, securely and in the privacy of your own family enclave.

After 30 days, select one of these options -

Following the 30-day free trial, you can continue to use Sponsored option or make a subscription payment --

1. Nclaves is completely free in Sponsored option. Sponsor messages are shown to enclave members.

2. In subscription option, a $20/month fee is charged. It applies to a continuous 12-month subscription period. This fee is for the entire enclave - not per member. No sponsor messages are shown to enclave members. (Individual enclave members may elect to see them if they wish).

3. Maximum disk space per enclave is 1GB in sponsor option and 10GB in subscription option. If you need to use more disk space, please contact the Nclaves support team.

4. An email will be sent to the director as the enclave subscription period approaches its expiration date. (see ManageYourAccount)

5. You can pay for the next subscription period any time during the current subscription period. Please make sure the payment is made before the next subscription period starts. If no payment is received by that time, your data will still remain accessible to you. However, you will not be able to make any additions or changes to it.

6. All payments are to be made on the web (online). We do not accept checks or money orders. There is a 48-hour delay before payments are recognized (become effective).

7. We use PayPal (tm) to handle online payments.

8. A full refund is available during the 90-day period immediately after the date of payment. No refunds are allowed after that (even if you delete your account).

9. If you wish to get a refund during the allowable period, please contact support.

10. In most normal circumstances, we will not delete an enclave for 6 months after the subscription expires. We believe you will surely appreciate the service provided by Nclaves. Therefore, even if you get a refund, we will keep your account and the data therein for 6 months. If you want to clear the data, you must do so yourself before getting your refund.

11. IMPORTANT: If you plan to get a refund and delete your account, please make sure that you get your refund first. If you delete your account first and then request a refund, we WILL NOT be able to process that request since we will have no record of your account at that time.
