3. Blood Pressure May Improve by Being Socially Connected

Psychologists at the University of Chicago and Northwestern University did a study and found that the degree of loneliness was a predictor of blood pressure, particularly in adults 50-68 years of age. The more socially connected and supported adults had lower blood pressure.
