SANTA
CLARA, CA., July 15, 2010. Apsora Corporation has
announced that the private network portion of their
new web application for families, Nclaves, has completed
the beta testing phase. Based on beta participant
feedback, additional features were added to the service
and are now available for Nclaves subscribers.
Nclaves
is a subscription-based software service that incorporates
advanced digital technology and is delivered via an
Internet connection. The Nclaves software application
operates outside a web browser to ensure maximum security
and privacy. Nclaves integrates three layers of connectivity
into each private online enclave: a private network,
the digital home, and external mobile communications.
Says Apsora CEO Kiran Kundargi, "What makes Nclaves
unique is that it goes beyond the browser; it operates
like a user-friendly desktop application and can access
digital home devices, but is accessed via an Internet
connection. That makes it private, fast, and accessible
from any computer, anywhere. We're excited to bring
this type of web application to the consumer market.
Combining advanced Internet applications with digital
home technology is the way of the future; we've made
it available now."
The
foundation of the Nclaves is a secure web-based private
network that can connect each generation of a family
online. Using Nclaves, a family can share photos, family
videos, the family calendar, activities and their family
tree - all in one place, regardless of where they live.
They can play brain games and interactive games, post
to a family blog, and compile a family memoir, while
building family relationships across generations. Users
can store valuable documents such as family medical
records in a secure digital vault - all within their
own private enclave. Unlike public social networks,
family members use the reach of the Internet, but can
keep all of their communications, photos, and videos
private and secure.
The
private network layer of Nclaves is now complete. The
digital home and external mobile communications layers
are currently in the beta test phase, and Apsora is
seeking beta users for these services. Interested beta
users should contact Nclaves.
